The Saudi Dodgeball delegation, headed by His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Saud, has arrived in Malaysia to participate in The Asian Dodgeball Championships (ADC), which will be held from November 20th to 23rd.
The delegation includes the Executive Director of the Saudi Dodgeball Federation, Abdulaziz Al-Hazani, and the coaching staff, headed by Joe Muller, along with Ibrahim Mohammed, Ahmed Hassan, Hani Mohammed, Ahmed Adnan, Khaled Abdo, and Hessa Albrrak.
The Saudi team roster included 31 players, whose names are: Ahmed Hilal, Issa Abdullah, Ahmed Abdulaziz, Abdulaziz Waleed, Ahmed Abdulrahman, Raed Salman, Ali Hassan, Abdullah Mufi, Hassan Ali, Sultan Mufi, Jawad Abdulrahman, Mustafa Adel, Abdulaziz Fahd, Khaled Mohammed, Hussein Hassan, Hadi Alawi, Ziad Khaled, Mustafa Hassan, Mazen Rafaan, Abdulmuhaimin Reda, Waleed Mohammed, Basel Yousef, Mujahed Mohammed, Rakan Ibrahim, Hanin Khaled, Yara Mohammed, Shadan Majed, Fatoun Mansour, Reham Omar, Julie Hani, and Jana Mohammed.
For his part, His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Saud, President of the Saudi Dodgeball Federation, affirmed that participating in three categories at the Asian Championships represents the culmination of the Federation’s efforts to expand the sport’s reach in the Kingdom.
This has contributed to the discovery of numerous talents, and he expressed his best wishes for their success, by presenting a distinguished image of the Saudi dodgeball at this major continental event.
The Saudi Arabian team is competing in the Asian Championships in three categories: Men’s Cloth, Men’s Foam, and Mixed Cloth.
In the Men’s Cloth competition, the team begins its campaign against Singapore, followed by Australia, and concludes the first day’s matches against Japan, before concluding the schedule against Malaysia on the second day.
In the Men’s Foam competition, the Saudi team will play four matches on the first day against Brunei, India, Malaysia, and China.
On the second day, they will face Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia, and on the third day, they will play two matches against Taiwan and Nepal.
In the Mixed Cloth competition, the Saudi team will face Singapore, Australia, and Japan on the first day, and Malaysia on the second day.
