The Dammam 2024 Dodgeball Championship kicks off on Thursday and will last for three days. Organized by the Saudi Dodgeball Federation, the championship offers a total prize pool of 45,000 SAR. This is the third championship this month, following the Riyadh and Jeddah tournaments.
The Dammam 2024 Championship is part of the Saudi Dodgeball Federation’s efforts to expand the game’s participation base across various regions of the Kingdom.
Last weekend, the Jeddah 2024 Championship concluded with wide participation across three categories: Men, Women, and Under 16. The total prize pool was 45,000 SAR, with 7,000 SAR for the first place, 5,000 SAR for the second place, and 3,000 SAR for the third place in each category.
The championship saw significant audience participation, reflecting the game’s growing popularity in the Kingdom. Fans were keen to follow the competition in a festive atmosphere coinciding with the 94th National Day.
In the men’s competition, Team “Venom” won the gold medal, while Team “Wolves” took the silver, and Team “Batman” secured the bronze.
In the women’s competition, Team “Smash” won the gold medal, Team “Fighters” took the silver, and Team “Panthers” secured the bronze.
In the Under 16 category, Team “Galaxy” won the gold medal, Team “Snipers” took the silver, and Team “Falcons” secured the bronze.
